Dear Parents,

Welcome to TWO for YOU! The Quail Run Elementary PTA , Learning Fund, and staff believe that having parents involved in our school is integral in giving each and every student the support and resources they need to succeed. We are calling on YOU to make a promise to your children to volunteer TWO hours of time this school year to help your child's school. Here is what YOU can do.

  • Sign up to volunteer for ONE hour with the Quail Run PTA
  • Sign up to volunteer for ONE hour with our Quail Run Learning Fund

THAT'S IT! TWO hours of your time to make a dramatic difference in the lives of our students.

By signing up you are making a promise to your child...

"I promise to volunteer TWO hours of my time

at Quail Run this year for YOU ."

Now that is a promise worth making!

We want to celebrate and share with our students the importance of the time YOU contribute to our school. Each time a parent completes their volunteer hours for the year we will add their child's name to our "Volunteer Rainbow" which will be displayed throughout the year in the Multi Purpose Room. Our Goal is to have each and every family and grade level represented. Each grade level will have a different color of the rainbow. The students will enjoy seeing which grade level builds their rainbow the fastest, as well as seeing their name added to the rainbow.

Take a minute to make a promise to your child and to our school by filling out the attached Promise Card and giving it to your child's teacher or turning it into the school office.

Look for the TWO FOR YOU logo throughout the school year on our website, in the newsletter, and around campus for ways that YOU can get involved and complete your TWO FOR YOU promise.

Thank YOU for your continued support of all our students here at Quail Run. We look forward to seeing YOU throughout the year.
