Volunteering on Campus

We want to thank you for volunteering at Quail Run Elementary.
 

Before you volunteer at Quail Run you must complete a Volunteer Form, watch the volunteer video, and provide your driver’s license.  

 

Each school year a new Volunteer Form must be completed.

Requirements for Driving on a Field Trip

In order to drive on a school sponsored field trip you need to have the following forms on file in the school office:

 

Volunteer Form   (copy of official DMV identification required) Form completed after watching district video.

 

Personal Use Automobile Form   (copy of drivers license and auto insurance card required)
